Not just your senator/governor/mayor, but what’s really important in our lives are the street-level bureaucrats we see every day. The postal carrier, the firefighter, the policeperson, the schoolteacher, the freaking garbage collector. These are just people like you and me. Possibly you reading this are one. These are the people in our lives who matter. Regular people helping each other. (Don’t we all help each other?)

So it may not matter who the president is.

Just $5 is suggested, but give whatever you think it’s worth/can afford. “Charity” is really buying something meaningful to you (and it ain’t just for the wealthy…).
